Privacy Policy

Last updated — 1 August 2026

This policy explains how Beijing Woke Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", "the company") handles personal data. It applies to this website and to the retail storefronts we operate under the CQWI brand.

1. Who we are

Beijing Woke Technology Co., Ltd. is a company registered in Beijing, China. We operate cross-border e-commerce storefronts selling consumer goods to shoppers in Southeast Asia. We are the data controller for the personal data described here.

For any privacy question or request, write to privacy@cqwishop.com.

2. Data we collect

2.1 From this website

This website is a static informational site. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising trackers, and makes no third-party requests — fonts and styles are served from our own domain. There is no account registration and no form submission.

Our hosting provider processes standard server request data — IP address, timestamp, requested URL and user agent — for security and availability purposes.

2.2 From customers of our storefronts

When you buy from one of our storefronts, the marketplace platform passes us the information needed to fulfil your order: your name, delivery address, contact details, order contents and order status. We also receive the messages you send us through the platform's customer service function.

We do not receive or store your payment card details. Payment is processed by the marketplace platform and its payment providers.

2.3 From advertising platform APIs

We use advertising platform APIs, including the TikTok Marketing API, to manage advertising for our own storefronts. Through these APIs we access:

  • our own advertiser account details, balance and billing records;
  • campaign, ad group and ad configuration for campaigns we created;
  • creative assets we uploaded ourselves;
  • aggregated performance metrics — impressions, clicks, spend and conversions.

This data concerns our own business accounts and our own advertising activity. The performance metrics we retrieve are aggregated and do not identify individual people. We do not use these APIs to access data belonging to any other advertiser, and we do not build profiles of individual platform users.

3. How we use data

  • Order fulfilment — processing, packing, shipping and delivering your order.
  • Customer service — answering enquiries and handling returns, refunds and after-sales issues.
  • Advertising operations — creating and adjusting our own campaigns, allocating budget and measuring results.
  • Business analysis — understanding demand, product performance and margin at an aggregate level.
  • Legal and tax compliance — meeting customs, tax and record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing purposes.

4. Who we share data with

Only what is necessary, and only with parties that need it to deliver your order or to run our business:

  • Logistics and consolidation providers — delivery address and contact details, so your parcel can reach you.
  • Marketplace platforms — order and fulfilment status, as the platform requires.
  • Suppliers — shipping details where a supplier dispatches directly.
  • Authorities — where required by applicable law, customs procedure or a valid legal request.

5. International transfers

We operate from China and sell to customers in Southeast Asia, so order data necessarily crosses borders in order to be fulfilled. We transfer only what fulfilment and customer service require, and we require our logistics partners to protect it.

6. How long we keep data

  • Order and customer service records — kept for the period required by applicable tax, customs and consumer-protection law, then deleted.
  • Advertising API data — campaign configuration and aggregated performance data are kept while the campaign is active and afterwards for internal reporting. Access tokens are revoked and deleted once no longer in use.
  • Server logs — kept briefly by our hosting provider for security purposes.

7. How we protect data

This site is served over HTTPS. Access to order data and to platform credentials is restricted to staff who need it for their role. API access tokens are stored encrypted, are never embedded in client-side code or distributed to end-user devices, and are rotated or revoked when access is no longer required.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law you may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to a particular use. Write to privacy@cqwishop.com and we will respond within 30 days.

If your request concerns an order, please include the storefront and order number so we can locate the record.

9. Children

Our storefronts are not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our business or legal obligations change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
